Meadow’s Door

Orignial Painting by Nancy Martini

Oil Paint on Canvas - 45” (H) 60” (W) 2” (D) / 114cm (H) 152cm (W) 5cm (D)

This painting expresses the frustration of knowing you are ready to go on a an epic journey, but you can’t quite find the key to open the door. Sometimes doubt, insecurity, and commitment are mental blocks that stop us from taking the first step. Like most people, I have faced this door many times in my life. My goal now is not only to open the door, but to keep it open.
